Training course

As part of the Welcome to Umed project, on March 5th, 2024, a training course was held. The subject of the training was “Recruitment of students (including PhD students) and foreign employees”. Training was host by Mrs. Anna Fabiszak-Muzyka.

The aim of the training was to familiarize and practice practical techniques and tools helpful in conducting effective recruitment interviews:

• Candidate Recruitment Profile Model – a practical tool that helps discover what is most important in further verification of candidates
• The STAR model and techniques for asking behavioral questions examining the candidate’s predispositions
• Techniques for examining the skills declared by the candidate.

Training course took place at the Library Builiding located at Muszynskiego 2 St.
